At A Path to Follow, we understand that navigating life challenges can be overwhelming in itself, let alone the number of services and settings you also have to manage. 

Our passionate Senior Peer Worker, Sushi is currently completing her student placement with us and is now offering supervised social work services to the community and young people within our program.

With lived experience and a deep understanding of youth, family and community needs, Sushi brings warmth, insight, and professional training to her role. As part of her placement, she is offering low-cost, supervised social work support, including:

• Emotional wellbeing check-ins
• Support with stress, anxiety, and life transitions
• Goal setting and future planning
• Navigating services, referrals, and systems
• Youth mentoring and empowerment
• Advocacy in areas such as education and employment
