Youth Mentoring Partnerships

Support for young people by volunteer peer mentors with lived experience.

The A Path To Follow Youth Mentoring Partnerships is an initiative based on the principles of early intervention and customised response. The individual partnerships offer:

peer support with like aged mentors who have lived experience of mental health challenges and/or complex life experiences.
connection to community by participating in activities within public settings
partnerships that are customised, flexible and directed by the young person’s needs.

This program is currently based in South East Melbourne and would suit people living locally. We are attracting new mentors regularly, so please contact us to see if we have one in your area.

Lachie
