Service Finder Support

Help to find appropriate services and supports for families and/or young people in need of specialised mental health support. Kirstie utilises her long standing partnerships and networks to recommend reputable options.

Both the 6 and 12 month packages include:

·        Up to 1 hour of monthly outside session supports, advocacy, referrals & resource provision by Mentor Supervisor or Founder for young person.
·        Young Person Personal Support Plan development, progress record and reviews of the plan and service. This is essentially a record of the Mentee’s goals and progress of attaining them.
·        Access and participation in communications with the Mentor via Team App.
·        The supervision and support of the partnership by the Volunteer Youth Coordinator and/or the Founder (to young person and parent, where needed and appropriate)
·        Review meetings of the partnership at 3 and 6 months.

One off support to help a parent navigate their options, provide strategies and tips for future resilience.
